Do you work with distributors?

COVID19 UPDATE: Yes, our deliveries are now done by a 3rd party distributor.We are open and baking Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.As of May 1, 2020 we deliver on Thursdays only.Please place your orders by 2pm Tuesdays.Starting June 1, 2020 Saturdays will be our second delivery day.We also offer a pick up at our bakery on Wednesdays 2pm - 6pmWe work with distributors for deliveries on Long Island and Westchester.

What’s the minimum order for wholesale delivery?

Minimums vary by the zip code. In NYC its 3 cases of pretzels or $120. Orders under the minimum will incur a delivery fee of 10.00

Can I order for tomorrow?

COVID19 UPDATE: Please place your orders by 2pm Tuesdays. All deliveries in May 2020 will be made on Thursdays.We also offer a pick up at our bakery on Wednesdays 2pm - 6pm

What are your storing suggestions?

Pretzels are baked fresh in the morning and packed in plastic bags to help preserve freshness.We recommend freezing for storage up to a month.If you choose to refrigerate, please use the pretzels within a week and make sure to heat them up thoroughly before serving.

What are your serving instructions?

Pretzels are  packed to preserve freshness and delivered fresh, not frozen.

All orders come with a side of pretzel salt. 

Refrigerate for up to a week.

Freeze for up to 3 months. 


To salt pretzels – moisten the pretzels lightly with water and dip in pretzel salt. No need to defrost.

Put salted pretzels on a tray. 

Pre-Heat the oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.

 Toast for 3-5 minutes for warm and soft. 

 Toast for 5-7 minutes for extra toasted and crispy. The longer you toast – the crispier the skin.

You choose your shipment day (Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday) and we bake and ship same day. All orders will arrive by Friday same week. Our pretzels have great shelf life as because of the long fermentation. Please refrigerate or freeze you pretzels once you receive them.
