COVID19 UPDATE

We are open and baking Mondays, Tuesdays,  and Wednesdays. 

As of May 1, 2020 we deliver on Thursdays only.  

Starting June 1, 2020 Saturdays will be our second delivery day.

We also offer a pick up at our bakery on Wednesdays.

 Since 2009 soft, hand-rolled, fresh pretzels in 8 flavors have been on the menus of over 100 craft beer bars in NYC, as well as at Madison Square Garden and NYC airports and Wholefoods.

Do you work with distributors?

COVID19 UPDATE: Yes, our deliveries are now done by a 3rd party distributor.

We are open and baking Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

We work with distributors for deliveries on Long Island and Westchester. 

What’s the minimum order?

Minimums vary by the zip code. In NYC its 3 cases of pretzels or $120. Orders under the minimum will incur a delivery fee of 10.00

Can I order for tomorrow?

COVID19 UPDATE: Please place your orders by 2pm Tuesdays. All deliveries in May 2020 will be made on Thursdays.  

We also offer a pick up at our bakery on Wednesdays 2pm - 6pm.

Serving Instructions

Pretzels are shipped fresh from the ovens and packed to preserve freshness.

 Refrigerate for up to a week hours.

 Freeze for up to a month. 

Heat in the oven or toaster oven at 350 degrees. 

To salt pretzels – moisten the pretzels lightly with water and dip in pretzel salt. All orders come with a side of pretzel salt.

 Put pretzels on a tray. 

The longer you toast – the crispier the skin. 

Toast for 3-5 minutes for warm and soft. 

Toast for 5-10 minutes for extra toasted and crispy

What is their shelf life?

Pretzels are baked fresh in the morning and packed in plastic bags to help preserve freshness. 

We recommend freezing for storage up to a month. 

If you choose to refrigerate, please use the pretzels within a week and make sure to heat them up thoroughly before serving.
